1-Scroll & Book

Take your time looking over the website. It is extremely important that you feel confident that this is a good fit for you. Book your appointment time thru the site, complete your customer intake form with as much detail as possible, pay your initial fitting deposit of $50.00 to finalize confirmation.

My time is valuable and limited. It is important for me to know you are equally as invested and enthusiastic in moving forward. After our initial consult, your deposit will be credited to your final package cost.

2-Confirm & Remind

Once your fitting appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email from KING Wedding Alterations with all your meet info (date, time, duration, location). Be sure to add it to your personal calendar in anticipation for your DREAM Consultation! Approximately 24 prior to your fitting, you will receive a reminder text that we will be meeting soon. This will be your opportunity to notify me of any last minute changes/cancellations.

3-Prepare

In between booking & meeting, this is your time to start thinking about and shopping for shoe style, heel height, under garments (if you will wear nothing or everything). Be sure to bring any and all options you are considering. If you are not 100% certain of what you are wanting and need with your dress, no worries! I am happy to aide with suggestions and guidance. Undergarment options can be overwhelming, confusing, expensive and not the right fit for your dress. Let me help alleviate that process with style options and brand suggestions.

4-Arrive & Meet

Our fitting appointments will be held at the gorgeous, local wedding venue, The Sycamore, located on the east side of Flagstaff. Regardless of where you are coming from in town, it is a quick jump on the interstate straight to the venue, a much more convenient route than trying to beat the congested, unpredictable traffic in town.

I will be looking forward to our first introduction and ready to greet you outside of the barn. We will head to the bridal fitting room and start on our journey of dreaming together.

5-Slip-in & Dream.

You will have as much or as little privacy as you need to get into your dress. I am there to help, to zip, to tuck, to lace up, to hook, to button….I will even slip on your shoes Cinderella style, if you need! From here, based on your intake form, I will do a brief Q&A to get a very firm idea of what you are needing to feel your best and how you envision yourself in your dress as your wedding day approaches. Based on your desires and my professional expertise, I will walk you thru all the possibilities to choose from, make a plan for our next fittings and confirm your custom wedding package.

6-TRANSFORMATION Fittings

I like to think of these next steps as the “Rough Draft & Editing” process. Every bride and every dress is uniquely different. Depending on how much work is realistically needed and the dress construction determines how many fittings are required. It is my priority that you receive the vision and quality of work you and your dress deserve for your wedding day. (I will not sleep well at night otherwise!) It can take multiple fittings to reach this goal. The best part…after every TRANSFORMATION Fitting, you will see your dress becoming YOUR dress.

7- FALL IN LOVE Fitting

Your wedding is soon approaching and our time together is at an end. You will have the choice for one final fitting or at-home/at-work delivery. Expect to complete your final package payment, which will include your $50 deposit credit. Acceptable forms of payment are: cash, card, electronic transfer via Zelle or Venmo. We will celebrate with one last cheers and congrats, maybe even hugs. Then you and your dress will be on your way, another day closer to your wedding day.
